As you are Driving, Biking or Walking around Cades Cove Loop Road you will pass the Missionary Baptist Church and next you will come to a large parking lot and one of the prettiest overlooks along the road! I don’t know if the name is official, but many call this overlook, Cades Cove Wildlife Overlook. I have seen wildlife here, but the view is the real reason to stop and spend some time at this overlook. On this particular day we were riding our bikes around the loop road and when we got to this overlook, we stopped (as we always do), to check out the scenery. Once I saw how the sun was lighting up the mountains and the grassy meadow, I knew it was time to pull out my camera and shoot the beautiful scene before me.

I have been a landscape and nature photographer for over 40 years. I enjoy photographing landscapes & wildlife with Eagles & Bears being my favorite. There is nothing more enjoyable to me than being behind my camera photographing Gods beauty.
