Artist's Description
We walked up to John Oliver’s Cabin one late afternoon in January just to enjoy the Cabin in the winter. I was not really expecting to get a shot on this particular day, but as we were walking back to our car the clouds began to light up in the sky and I decide I would pull out my camera and see what picture opportunities would come along. As the sun continued to set, I found that even in winter Cades Cove can surprise you with so much beauty if you just take the time to look!
